With more than 29 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Mollie has built a reputation for leading with integrity, empathy, and efficiency.  Her dedication to empowering staff, fostering communication, and creating streamlined systems for employees to be successful while also enhancing the client experience.  She is known for her approachable leadership style and her ability to bring out the best in people.  She believes that strong operations are rooted in relationships, clear communication and integrity. 

Over the course of her career, she has helped streamline processes, enhance the client experience, and cultivate a culture of teamwork.  Driven, dependable and passionate about the title insurance industry, Mollie is hands-on while wearing many hats throughout the day.  

Outside of work, Mollie spends most of her time with her two sons, Brodie, 9 and Benjamin, 22.  She loves tending to her gardens, exploring our State Parks and reading.
