  • "Hello! I have to share with you how great the closing with Stephanie was! Recall this was early in the Stay at Home order. I arrived a bit early so was sitting in my car listening to iPhone. This lady pulls up in the 2nd parking space to my left, rolls down her window, and asks if I’m Terre. It’s middle of the afternoon, we are secluded on the back side of the building, but I throw caution to the wind and responded that I am, indeed, Terre. She proceeds to ask me if I mind doing all the signing with each in our own car, as she has just sanitized all the documents, and she will provide me a new pen fresh out of the box so we don’t have to go into the office with all their suspect surfaces. She passed me the huge stack and from her car, walked me thru each and every one of the 9,000 places to sign or initial. I sat in my car the entire time. I think she can facilitate a closing in her sleep as each document, including why it’s needed and where to sign appears to be in her DNA. She then walked around the car with her cute knitted gloves on and took the bundle and handed me my copies. Of course, we had to chat for a bit. A lovely conversation. It was very efficient and easy. It will be one of my favorite stories of what happened during the lock down. Stephanie was a delight."
