For the past 25 years, Rose has been an integral part of the title industry, wearing many hats and excelling in various roles. She began her career as a receptionist and quickly advanced to positions such as new construction coordinator and title examiner. Her dedication and expertise eventually led her to become the Production Manager.

Rose is known for her willingness to assist her coworkers with anything related from recording and examination, and she has even stepped in to cover closings when needed. Her hard work, perseverance, and extensive experience have culminated in her current role as President of TitleSmart.

With her innovative thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills, Rose leads a dynamic and progressive team that is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and results.

Outside of work, Rose cherishes spending time with her husband of 23 years, Andrew, and their two daughters. Hailey, 23, who is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and also works at TitleSmart. Hannah, 19, is studying neuroscience at Colorado State University.
