With more than 12 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Sylvia’s journey is one of growth and determination. She began as an office assistant and, through hard work and a love for learning, worked her way up to her current role as Controller. Along the way, she’s gained insight into financial operations, strategic planning,—all while keeping a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Sylvia is passionate about building supportive, knowledgeable teams and helping others grow. She’s known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and practical, solution-focused mindset.

When she’s not at work, Sylvia makes the most of her time with her two children Calvin, 20 and Cherish, 16. She loves discovering new places, going for long walks, and creating meaningful memories with her family. Whether she’s crunching numbers or chasing sunsets, Sylvia brings curiosity, heart, and commitment to everything she does.
